может кто-то настучал просто? Хотя на самом деле в сша приняли новый закон (вернее его приняли давно - в начале 2002 года кажется и теперь они очень подозрительно относятся ко всему что приходит не из сша).

Без суда не имеют право удалять или что-либо делать с чужым сайтом. Можно лишь временно отключить у хостера. Но не удалять!
